Privacy policy

We collect the minimum needed to run your account and your servers, we never sell your data, and the only third party involved in tracking is our advertising partner when ads are shown to you.

Account data: your username, email address, and a scrypt hash of your password. We never store your password in a readable form.

Service data: your credit balance and transaction history, the servers you deploy and their plans, and records of completed ad watches used to enforce daily limits.

Technical data: IP addresses are used transiently for rate limiting and abuse prevention, along with standard server logs.

To operate your account, bill daily credits, keep the earning system fair, and keep the platform secure. We do not build advertising profiles ourselves and we do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

We set one essential cookie to keep you signed in, and store your theme preference locally. That is all. We do not set tracking cookies of our own.

Earning credits involves watching ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings, and their use of data is governed by Google's own privacy policies.

Server files, worlds, and console activity are processed by our Pterodactyl hosting panel to run your server. The site itself only stores server metadata like name, plan, and billing state.

Data is shared only with the infrastructure providers that run the site and the panel, strictly as needed to deliver the service, or when we are legally required to disclose it.

We keep your data while your account is active and in backups for a limited period afterwards. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting an operator, and you can delete your account content yourself through the panel.

FreeHaven is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page updates. Significant changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use FreeHaven after a change means you accept the updated policy.
