Terms of service

FreeHaven is free server hosting funded by ads. Keep one account, earn credits honestly, follow the acceptable use rules, and don't blame us if something breaks. That's the deal.

We provide Minecraft and Eaglercraft server hosting through a Pterodactyl panel, paid for with credits you earn by watching ads. Features, plans, and earning rates may change as the service evolves; numbers shown on the site always reflect the current configuration.

You need an account to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything done through your account. One account per person, and the information you register with must be accurate.

Credits are a virtual currency with no cash value. They are earned by completing verified ad watches, may be granted as bonuses, and cannot be bought, sold, or transferred between accounts. We may adjust earning rates and daily limits to keep the service sustainable.

Every server charges its plan price in credits once per day. If your balance can't cover a renewal, the server is suspended — automatically and without data loss — and it reactivates on its own within about an hour of you topping back up. Servers left suspended for an extended period may be deleted.

Earning must be honest: no bots, scripts, multiple accounts, or other automation to watch ads or farm credits. We verify claims server-side, and abuse of the earning system can cost you your balance and your account.

Your use of the service must follow our Acceptable Use guidelines, which are part of these terms. Breaking them can result in suspension or termination without a refund of credits, since credits have no cash value in the first place.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uptime, data preservation, or uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for lost worlds, data, or profits to the extent permitted by law.

You can stop using FreeHaven at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, threaten the platform, or abuse the earning system.

Your worlds, builds, and content remain yours. The FreeHaven name and site are ours. Minecraft is a product of Mojang and Microsoft — FreeHaven is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to either.

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page updates and significant changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use FreeHaven after a change means you accept the updated terms.
